Vacuum forming is a processing method that we can use to shape plastic materials. During the vacuum forming process, a plastic sheet is heated to soft and then pulled around a single mould using suction.
We have a variety of materials can be used in thermoforming, and typically the materials most commonly used are ABS, PS, PE, EVA and some of our composite sheets.
