Three kinds of SAN were investigated for improving ABS properties and determining the recipe. Adding some modifier properly could enhance the compatibility between matrix and inorganic fillers. Different lubricants were introduced to study the relationship between melt flow rate and the material processing feasibility and product appearance. The new ABS sheet panel was developed, and its performance was similar to product special materials.
